I absolutely adore Italian food. When I worked for Chef Trotti back in the day, she not only taught me how to cook Italian cuisine, she taught me how to appreciate it with every bite. I’ve been a pasta lover every since! In this class, you will learn how to make gnocchi dumplings from scratch with a roasted pumpkin cream sauce. We’ll be roasting a pumpkin for this delicious sauce! You will also create an antipasto platter, a caprese salad, a delectable zuppa alla pavese soup, and cream filled bomboloni Italian doughnuts for dessert. Buon appetito!
